Our Story
Who are we?
At the heart of our passion for vintage football shirts lies a lifelong love affair with the beautiful game. Born and bred in Geneva, Switzerland, in the early '90s, football has been an integral part of our lives since childhood. Growing up in the vibrant football culture of Geneva, it was only natural that we developed a deep-rooted love for the game.
Both proud Genevans, we've called this city home for as long as we can remember. And if there's one thing that unites us beyond our shared hometown, it's our unwavering support for our beloved Servette FC. Back in the day, we used to regularly go watch our Servette FC with our respective fathers at the Stade des Charmilles. One of us has been a club member since 2015 and attends all Servette's home games from the North Stand.
Both of us proudly don the Grenat of Servette FC but our football allegiances don't end there. One of us is also a devoted FC Porto supporter, hailing from the city of Porto, Portugal, and carrying on a family legacy of allegiance to the club. His connection to FC Porto runs deep, as he fondly recalls attending matches with both his father and grandfather during the 1990s in the Estádio das Antas, cementing his lifelong passion for the team. He is now a sócio of the club and travels at least 3 to 4 times a year to attend games at the Estádio do Dragão with his grandfather.
The other one of us is also a supporter of FC Barcelona. With roots tracing back to the vibrant region near Barcelona, his family's connection to this vibrant city ignited his passion for the club from a young age. Accompanied by his Swiss father, he experienced the electric energy of the Camp Nou firsthand, forging enduring bonds with both the team and the sport.
From our earliest days, both of our fathers bestowed upon us Servette FC, FC Porto, and FC Barcelona shirts, fueling our love for football, these iconic teams, and football kits.
We have now more than a hundred shirts in our respective collections.

How was Aura Football Shirts born?
In our quest to share our passion for vintage football with fellow enthusiasts, we've curated a collection of timeless shirts that pay homage to the rich history and iconic moments of the beautiful game. Each shirt tells a story, evoking memories of bygone eras and legendary players who graced the hallowed turf.
We are and always will be looking for the right shirt to add to our collections. However, the fire that drives us has to deal with the growing complexity of obtaining some exceptional, official, and even historic match shirts. It quickly became clear to us that traditional sellers were offering very few of them, and as a result, the market has become parasitized by fakes.
It is from this observation that Aura Football Shirts was born!
Our goal is simple. We want to make available to this community of enthusiasts the experience we have acquired in our perpetual quest. This expertise allows us to offer you the shirts you have always been looking for.

Why Aura?
An aura is a distinctive atmosphere that seems to surround and be generated by a person or a thing.
Our shirts refer to historic moments. For this reason, an aura emanates from them. By looking at these kits, we can remember the significant events when they were worn.
For these reasons, it seemed obvious to us that this term should be the chosen one.
